FAQ
Q
Powder-coated orange peel*
A
In this test, the sample is placed under a double tube of fluorescent light. The reflective light source of the template can be obtained by placing the template appropriately. Qualitative analysis of the clarity of the reflected light allows for a visual assessment of flow and leveling properties. In the case of poor flow (orange peel), the two fluorescent tubes appear blurry and unclear, while the high flow product obtains clear reflections.
Q
Poor adhesion of the coating*
A
Poor adhesion caused by residual degreasing agent, chromized slag on the workpiece or poor adhesion caused by alkali contamination of the washing tank caused by incomplete pretreatment washing. The solution is to strengthen the washing, adjust the degreasing process parameters and prevent the degreasing solution from entering the phosphated washing tank.
Q
Coating color difference*
A
Color difference caused by uneven distribution of powder pigments. The solution is to improve the quality of the powder to ensure that the L, a and b of the powder are not much different and the positive and negative are unified.
Q
Coating shrinkage porosity*
A
Shrinkage porosity caused by unclean degreasing or unclean water washing after degreasing. The solution is to control the concentration and proportion of the pre-degreasing tank and degreasing bath liquid, reduce the amount of oil in the workpiece and enhance the washing effect.
Q
Coating impurities*
A
Common impurities mainly come from particles in the dusting environment, as well as impurities caused by various other factors, which are summarized below.
